Without a written registration and return form, we cannot process and/or accept the return.

We kindly request you to send an email to returns@faazofficial.com.
Then add the completed return form to the package and state the following information:

• Your name and order number
• Which items are returned
• The reason for return

We must find this information on the receipt, otherwise we cannot process your return. Returns are processed within 10 business days.

*The item will of course only be accepted within a return period of 14 days. The item must be unworn and returned in its original condition. The card must still be attached to the item. If the return does not meet all requirements, it will be returned.
